Remembrance

The Covid Restrictions mean that we can't have a Remembrance Sunday Service nor the traditional parade to the war memorial. However, that doesn't mean we can't remember.

If you are a child or an adult we would encourage you to come and visit St Mary's and pay your respects. At the front of the church on the right is the Lady Chapel where you can find the names of those who died in the wars.

For children there is also a board called 'Lest we Forget' on which poppies and poems can be pinned. Click here for some age specific ideas and here and here for templates.
